Shipping & Returns

UK shipping £40 and under: Flat Rate fee of £4

EU shipping £80 and under: Flat Rate fee of £8

International shipping £80 and under: Flat Rate fee of £10

For UK orders we use Royal Mail 24 or 48 hrs tracked and may sometimes use 1st Class or 2nd Class Signed For, which can take 1 - 5 Business Days once posted.

For EU and International orders we use Royal Mail International Tracked and/or Signed, which can take 5 - 25 days depending on country and customs clearance.

Please be aware of any customs/duties/tax charges you might incur depending on your Country. As the UK is no longer part of the EU, duties will also be applied to EU orders. We will not he held responsible for any charges. Please see our stockist page if you prefer to shop with our EU retailers. 

The processing of orders can take 3-5 days (not including delivery time). You will receive an email confirming your order and a second email when your parcel has been shipped.

Sadly, we’re temporarily pausing U.S. orders 

As you may have heard - from 29 August 2025, the United States will remove the duty-free import threshold (De Minimis Exemption) for all parcels from outside the U.S. This means every international order, no matter the value, will face customs duties and processing fees on arrival (or pre-paid) into the United States. The rates of these duties and fees are currently unknown.

We never want our customers to experience surprise bills or delivery delays. That’s why we are pausing all U.S. orders while we navigate the best way forwards.

Here’s what you need to know:

• U.S. ordering is paused as of today (Mon 11th August)

• Any existing orders will ship as normal, but if they arrive after 29 August, customs charges may apply.

As soon as we have clarity on the situation we will inform you of our updated U.S. shipping policy.

If for any reason you change your mind, goods may be returned only if UNOPENED with the seals INTACT on the product box and in a resalable condition. Please contact us at returns@labellelune.com within 14 days of receipt of the item so we are aware before any return is made.

The cost of posting the return is payable by the customer and we recommend using a recorded delivery service with proof of posting as we cannot accept liability for any lost returns. Please also note that original shipping costs incurred by us will not be refunded. Once we have received the item back refunds can take up to 12 days to show via your original payment method.

If you would like to cancel your order before the item is dispatched please contact us ASAP at returns@labellelune.com before any shipping conformation email is sent and we will be happy to issue a refund.

Due to the nature of our products, we are sorry to say that once opened, we cannot accept returns due to hygiene reasons.
