Shipping & Returns
UK shipping is FREE on orders over £45
EU & International shipping is FREE for orders over £80
For UK orders we use Royal Mail 24 or 48 hrs tracked and may sometimes use 1st Class or 2nd Class Signed For, which can take 1 - 5 Business Days once posted.
For EU and International orders we use Royal Mail International Tracked and/or Signed, which can take 5 - 25 days depending on country and customs clearance.
Please be aware of any customs/duties/tax charges you might incur depending on your Country. As the UK is no longer part of the EU, duties will also be applied to EU orders which you will need to pay upon delivery. We will not he held responsible for any charges. We have three EU retailers to make this easier, please see our stockist page if you prefer to shop within the EU and avoid any duties.
The processing of orders can take 3-5 days (not including delivery time). You will receive an email confirming your order and a second email when your parcel has been shipped.
US Orders:
For U.S. customers, we cover all import tariffs/duties in advance via Royal Mail’s 'Postage Delivered Duties Paid' service. There is no extra cost for you and no extra fees upon delivery.
Returns:
If for any reason you change your mind, goods may be returned only if UNOPENED with the tamper seals INTACT on the product box and in a resalable condition.

As our products are cosmetics, due to hygiene reasons, returns cannot be accepted on items that have been opened or used.
The cost of posting the return is payable by the customer and we recommend using a recorded delivery service with proof of posting, as we cannot accept liability for any lost returns.
Please also note that original shipping costs incurred by us will not be refunded. Once we have received the item back refunds may take up to 12 days to show via your original payment method.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the item.

Hygiene and sealed goods exemption: Please note that in accordance with EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery. As our products are cosmetics, returns cannot be accepted on items that have been opened or used.
