By using our website and purchasing from La Belle Lune you are agreeing to be legally bound by our Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website.

Seller/Our/We/Us - La Belle Lune
Buyer/You/Your/Customer - Any person or persons, company and/or retail outlet entering into contract with the Seller by purchasing from the Seller.
The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of La Belle Lune and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.
The Seller reserves the right to alter, discontinue or suspend any aspect and/or content of the website www.labellelune.com. Any new features, content and/or product/s shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise stated. The Seller may modify these Terms and Conditions without further notice beyond updating this page.
Privacy and Any Personal Information You Provide Us
We are committed to customer privacy and take data protection extremely seriously and comply with the GDPR. We implement a variety of measures to keep your data safe and secure when you place an order. Any information provided to us will be kept private and confidential and will never be sold or shared to any third party unless it is to assist in processing your order and operating our website. By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions you are agreeing for us and our shopping cart provider to store your data and to contact you if needed. You are authorising us to use and/or process any information which relates to you or identifies you i.e, name, address, email etc.
To order the product you will need to follow the ordering procedure on the relevant “Shop” page.
We accept payments via Shopify, our secure payment gateway for Credit/Debit Card transactions and Paypal. Payment is due immediately. If a payment is not received or payment method declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items.
The Buyer must insure that all personal information provided to us is accurate and that all ordering details contain your own correct name, address and any other requested information. You must also ensure that any Credit Card, Debit Card or Electronic cash you use is your own. The seller reserves the right to obtain validation of these details from your card issuer before providing you with any goods.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we believe may breech our Terms and Conditions and/or may be fraudulent.
The prices are in UK Pound Sterling and subject to change without notice. However this will not affect any orders already placed on the system.
The Seller’s products have passed all Safety Assessments and conform to UK legislation, Good Manufacturing Practice and the EU Cosmetic Directive 76/768/EEC. Goods supplied by the Seller contain natural ingredients and therefore caution is advised in case of any sensitivities or allergic reactions. It is the Buyers responsibility to check all the ingredients in case of any allergies. The Seller will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions. You should perform a small patch test 24 Hours before use. If you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy then consult a Doctor before use. Caution is needed in case of any nut allergies due to the use of Sweet Almond oil in our product Organic Skin. By purchasing our products you are accepting responsibility to check with a medical professional before usage.
Our products are for personal use only and as such you may not sell or resell the products.
Due to the nature of our ingredients, batches may differ slightly in colour, scent and/or texture. However the benefits of the products remain unchanged.
The products must be kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and must be used within each specific Best Before End for each product. Each product will have a BBE on each box and bottle. No responsibility will be taken by us from inappropriate storage and/or usage.
Please note that Witching Hour may melt in warmer environments/climates, if this happens we recommend storing it in the fridge to preserve its consistency and efficacy.
Batch numbers are indicated on each product box.
Please be aware that processing of orders can take 3-5 days depending on stock (not including delivery time) You will receive an email confirming your order and a second email when your parcel has been sent.
The Seller reserves the right to change or amend postage costs at any time.
UK delivery is FREE on all orders. EU and International delivery is FREE for orders of £60 and over.
EU Shipping under £60: Flat Rate fee of £6
International Shipping under £60: Flat Rate fee of £8
For UK orders we use Royal Mail 1st Class or Second Class Signed For, which can take 1-3 Business Days once posted. For EU and International we use Royal Mail International Tracked and/or Signed, which can take 5-18 days depending on country and customs clearance.
Please be aware of any customs/tax charges you might incur depending on your Country. We will not he held responsible for any charges. Please also note a signature may be required upon delivery.
Returns and Faulty Items
Goods may be returned only if UNOPENED with the seal INTACT on the box and in a resalable condition. We will accept the item within 14 days of original receipt. You must inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE returning. The cost of posting the return is payable by the customer and we recommend using a recorded delivery service with proof of posting as we cannot accept liability for any lost returns.
Due to the nature of the product, once opened, we cannot accept returns unless faulty, in this unlikely event please contact us at email@example.com.
